Michael Lohan was arrested in Tampa this morning!  He apparently has a place here over by International Mall and a 9-1-1 call was made shortly after midnight.  Guess what he was arrested for…

[photogallerylink id=20723 align=right] He was arrested at 1:10am for domestic battery.  The victim?  His girlfriend… So I’m thinking well who is dumb enough to get with him, we know he’s done this to other women.  Um, it’s the same girl!  Kate Major.  Didn’t she have a restraining order against him from the last time this happened??

Apparently Michael complained of chest pains as he was being arrested so he was first taken to the hospital… once he was seen by a doctor he tried to just leave but police took him into custody – nice try right!

As of right now he’s still locked up at the Orient Road Jail!
